For a relatively inexpensive set of over-the-counter grips with finger groves, you might take a look at
Pachmayr's American Legend grips. I have a set on a Commander and find them really comfortable.
If you want something a little (or lot) more customized, wander over to
Gungrips.net. They specialize in laser etched grips and are good folks to deal with. Here's a set they did for me.
