That is too bad. I actually am pretty suprised to read this. I know my Coonan Classic now has some scratches from me carrying it and lots of range use.

As far as feeding that is pretty suprising. So far the only rounds that my coonan does not like is CCI shot rounds. They break open when you try to chamber them. I suspect a large (200+ grain) wad cutter would do the same thing. But I have never had a single issue with any JHP or SJHP.

Shot placement is everything! I would rather take a round of 50BMG to the foot than a 22short to the base of the skull.

all 26 of my guns are 45/70 govt, 357 mag, 22 or 12 ga... I believe in keeping it simple. Wish my wife did as well...
