I have a Coast to Coast Model 946 aka Savage 940e .410 with a broken hammer thumb spur. I would rather replace it with another hammer rather than weld it up and shape it as it looks like a cast part that was machined. My eyes are way too old to make a new hammer from scratch.

The usual places of Numrich Gun Parts, Popperts, Wisners, Hoosiers, Bearcreek, Tennesee gun parts suppliers do not have any for the .410.

Do any of you good folks out there have any 940 .410 hammers or a junk gun for parts that has a decent hammer ?
