Cocking piece (safety) pulls back, bolt will move thru about 2/3 of its motion, then just BINDS. Even a piece of pipe 4' long over the bolt handle, with the receiver in a vise, and a hammer- will not budge this bolt. I took a steel cleaning rod, and some pencil rod, and hammered it down the barrel, even sumultaneously tried whacking the bolt with a hammer. NO LUCK. I may have gotten a really heavy spear!
