My favorite is the Aimpoint CompM4 with the 3x magnifier. But it's also a little large and heavy, so the Micro T-1 (or H-1) with a magnifier is also quite good.
On one rifle I have the CompM4 with the 3x magnifier (both on LaRue mounts). On another I have the T-1 with the LaRue Po'Boy magnifier (again, LaRue mounts). No complaints whatsoever with them.
