The 10/22, especially with a high capacity mag, is a blast to shoot, reliable and thus is a good choice. They are also reasonably priced.
On the other hand, sometimes I enjoy loading up the smaller .22s, the shorts or longs, and here the Brownings BL-22 and Marlin 60 are good choices. The Marlin is also very reasonably priced.
