I have Been asking about a good outlet for Berdan Primers for a few months. CCI makes Berdan Primers for their Blazer ammo, at least that what I was told. The Old Western Scrounger said they were not going to carry them any more. I never got a reply from PMC. They may feel it is nothing to react to. So,I contacted the Technical Support at Midway USA. I asked them to consider carrying Berdan Primers for those of us who know how, or want to learn how to reload with them. I told Midway I would buy them if I could get Berdan Primers to reload that fantastic Swiss 7.5x55 brass,and for the steel cased 7.62x54R. My SVT-40 can only fire steel cased ammunition. Brass case ammunition malfunctions in the SVT-40. So if enough reloaders contact Midway to carry Berdan Primers, they might do it. I am still waiting for a reply to this question. Thanks.
