My vote would be for Winchester as well. It is pretty reasonably priced.
I would very seriously consider buying used brass. Especially after hunting season, everyone will be offloading the brass that is recovered.
Definitely a lot cheaper than buying new and a lot easier to obtain than shooting and recovering your own. Especially true given the price of factory ammo in 7mm Mag.
