The reports I saw were that the rifle was found in the killers trunk unused and the murders were done with several pistols. This makes the 10 round magazine ban useless and ineffective for preventing the exact same crime. Why don't they ban cars? More innocent lives are taken EVERY YEAR because of drunk drivers, speeders and people texting on cell phones? DRIVING IS A PRIVLIDGE NOT A RIGHT! BEARING ARMS IS A RIGHT GUARANTEED BY OUR CONSTITUTION! I know for a fact if your child is killed by a car, you won't feel any better than if he/she is killed by a gun. I have relatives that experienced this loss.
