I've done the back pocket carry thing. I figured that I would never beat an armed robber with a fast draw anyway, and my best bet would be to appear to be taking out my wallet. But I stopped for the reasons below.
One, I didn't like sitting on it.
Two, I was always worried it was sticking out of my back pocket.
Three, I figured the number of situations where my tactics would work was knd of small.
