Thanks for the proof mark source.
The proof marks on the Lyman Rem 1858 44 cal cylinder indicate it is Gardone & Brescia (since 1951.) This Lyman revolver is vintage 1976.
I want to buy some spare cylinders.
Lyman no longer has BP revolvers or parts.
They claim that Invest Arms of Italy was the manufacturer.
Anyone know how to contact them or find a source for the cylinders?
Cabelas has spare cylinders but are for the Pietta revolver--wonder if they will fit the Lyman?
Any help will be appreciated.
