I had that EXACT problem with my new SDB. The problem turned out to be not enough crimp. I found that if you insert a round that will not fit into a case gage or in the barrel (remove the barrel from the gun first please) and turn it with your fingers it will leave marks on the case where it rubs. This was very helpful in trying to see where the hang up was. If you are using cast bullets you will also have to keep the dies clean. I had a lot of build up in the seating station. A shop rag run down thru the seating die from the top (thru the hole) I found will remove most of the wax build up.
