If your 700SS 5R is a 300WM factory rifle, the barrel should be a stainless 26 inch 1:10 twist with a 5 land "R" configuration land.
The 1:11.25 twist is used in the .308Win rifle.
The 1:10 will shoot up to 220 grains or more very well. I too have had my best accuracy using H4831SC.
