Does anyone know where to get a threaded barrel for a Baretta Nano?

Here is a link to a video of a guy who has a Baretta Nano with a silencer. Where do I buy that barrel? They talk about having a company called Adco threading your current existing barrel, but I don't want do that to my existing barrel. I would rather just buy a threaded barrel.

Can someone help point me in the right direction?
