Do all the same rules apply with a sbs as with other class 3 stuff??i mean I know you have to fill out the form and all and go thru the wait period but do you need to the contact with the ATF of address changes and everything else also??that has been the only thing stopping me so far because I rent I don't want to have to remember to do that every time I move.if I owned my home It probably wouldn't be such a big deal
