I can't say enough about Precision Bullets. I started shooting the 230 gr LRN in my Para Ordinance and S&W 945 in competitions this year. My mixture is:
CCI 300 SLP, 5.8 gr of W231 using Federal brass with a COAL of 1.240 and a Diameter of .468; This pushes my bullet 900 fps (average). My start load was 5.3 gr and I worked up from there. If you shoot steel targets or bowling pins, this is a good load to take care of business.
