All brass has value.. but if you are meaning "Big value to a collector" then that would require photos.
I would think the 30-30 falls into that area.
The 30-40 brass again may or may not. I shoot numerous 30-40 type rifles. Brass is available on a semi-regular basis so if it is not something special then it is usable as reloads. But again not knowing how it has been reloaded (max loads ?) & how many times really makes it a big ? .
