I loaded up some 223 rounds for test using the data on imrs site for titegroup. Shot through my sig 556. Its a fun round but it does not cycle the bolt. Its a fun round if u want to turn ur ar into a bolt. They say it moves at 1040 or so with a 55gr bullet, so will still do damage if used on small game
