Potato/Patawtoe.. I'm really not which is best. Would tend to say IWI is since that's what I have. If I had IMI would to say they're best. I'd like to think they're BOTH good guns. I do like the looks of all of them and the only thing I don't care for on mine is that darn slide mounted safety/de-cocker. That is the ONLY thing I dislike about it, so much I've considered selling it.
