I concur. As long as the rifle's headspace is OK....and the ammo shows no obvious signs of problems (corrosion, split necks, etc.)....then you should be fine with it.
Heck, I used to pull the bullets on the 50's Yugo ammo.....and keep the bullets and powder for hand loads. The powder is not bad, pretty consistent....but a little on the fast side. The bullets are nice for range use - 198 grain boat-tail FMJ's - and can be used for very accurate loads.
