Meh , the 45-70 is at best a squirrel gun and is highly overrated....just ask all my shooting buddies toting the latest and greatest ! That's why I own three rifles chambered for this obsolete cartridge !

Looking forward to shooting the new P220....I might warm up to the 45 ACP as well !
