I've come close to buying the FNX a couple of times. From what I've seen, they are a great example of a solid DA/SA pistol that incorporates a lot of great features, including both a decocker and an actual safety that allows Condition 1 carry. FN is one of the finest firearms manufacturers as well, and has a history that's rivaled by very few.

The late Stephen A. Camp posted a review about his FNX-9, and generally had very favorable thoughts on this pistol:
