I applaud anyone who will use peep sights. I have a Redfield Olympic on my Winchester 75, and to me, that is more sporting than using a scope, as it shows true skill. My 75 is a true tack driver, and the only change I made to it is a Merit adjustable iris. I sold my Win. 52 a few years back, and the next one I buy, I will set it up the same as the 75, if it isn't already.
Get a well made front and rear peep sight, and you will enjoy it.
