Now if they would take care of the problems before their guns left the factory they could really step up their game.
Taurus has been typically cursed by two issues: poor QA and poor customer service. Even if they have fixed their poor customer service, I have no reason to believe that their QA has gotten any better.
I've owned one Taurus and after experiencing both their QA and customer service first hand, I won't own another.
