I am 90% certain we are distributed in Israel. However, we don't control the prices, once out of our hands. If you're really interested, I suggest an international subscription.

Problematic just now. SWAT was all but comatose in July '01. Today it's really looking good and getting lots of attention from readers, advertisers and the Tac community in general. Our next step will be a monthly schedule, rather than 9X per year. After that, we can talk about special editions.
