Without knowing who makes the bullet for Armscor it's going to be tough to say. Then only real way to know would be to pull a few bullets and weigh the bullet, powder charge, and the brass. The easiest way to know is to buy some ammunition and see if your rifle likes to shoot it. Good news is in my years of handloading I've not found the .223 to be super finicky, it usually shoots decent with most ammunition as long as your bullet isn't too long for the twist.
