When inserting a full clip the Op Rod doesn't release until the clip "clicks" into place. While I'm sitting here typing this out this makes my mind think that it could be the Clip Latch itself is worn but then again the Op Rod is held open like it should when it ejects a clip except that it will still have 2-5 rounds left in it.
