My kid brother's wedding was set for second weekend of the Washington Archery season and it worked out perfect for me. We spent the 1st week hunting in the Olympic Mountains. Of course I wasn't licensed so I carried the pack. It was my 1st time in any mountains and it was a wonderful time.
That was back when all the logging was suspended because of the spotted owl issue and all those cable machines were silent witch was a blessing for the hunters but i was left wondering until the ax men show aired.
Of course one episode was too much.
