Just read through your post. Actually, I had read most of it before, but re-read it. Before I posted my question I was leaning towards the Ruger. I really think the removable magazine is a plus, but thought I should hear if any X7 fans had any input that would make me go for the Marlin. Lots of good firearms out there. Good to have choices, heh!
