It will depend upon your rifle and the barrel combination.
I have tried R15, R17 and R22, Varget and IMR 4350.
My .270 shoots most accurately with IMR 4350 powder.
It also seems to shoots Remington Core Lokt 130 grain bullets better than anything else. The good thing is that the Core Lokts are some of the lest costly bullets and work just fine on eastern deer.

I have tried both WLR, Federal 210, and Winchester Magnum primers.
It seems to shoot more accurately with the magnum primers, although the point of impact is one inch to the left compared to the regular large rifle primers but surprisingly no significant difference in the vertical.
