I've had a few of those where someone posted an "I'll take it" in the ad and then followed up with PM's to arrange a FTF sale, then the PM's stop. Then the date of the sale comes and they no show. Or PM real late the night before saying, "sorry can't do it, wife won't let me" or something. It's very annoying.
