A po'boy solution: Find some half-inch copper rod. Find somebody with a Unimat or better lathe.
Turn the rod to .451 or .452 and cut a 60-degree or 75-degree cone; cut off with enough straight side to seat in the .45 case. This roughly 110-grain bullet will come out of a .45ACP at around 2,000 to 2,200.
