The P230/P232 models, especially the blued models with aluminum frames are quite a bit lighter and thinner for CCW. But then the P239's are available in better defensive calibers. If your good with .380 for CCW, you won't find a better gun than the P230 or P232 IMO. The fixed barrel also makes this gun very accurate for the size of gun. With the P239 what your giving up in comfort, your gaining a more powerful gun.
