John, in the months before I got this titanium hip, there was a fair amount of pain. My choices were A, John Wayne it out, B, Opiates or C, Acupuncture.
Having a history behind me of too many painkillers at times,and dreading the loss of cognition, I went with C.
It works,at least in my case.
As for light loads,Hodgdon has some 3/4 oz 12 gauge loads on its site.
