From Ruger CS :
We now torque the screws to 55-65 inch pounds. We were only tightening them by hand at first. In 10000 round tests, we did not have any loosen. The Allen size is to be corrected in the next printing of the manual.
I would check it after your first range session. The allen wrench required is 9/64. I used blue loctite on mine.
