I went with the regular dot, rather than the -big- dot. It's certainly a faster acquisition than the stock sights, but after about 7-10 yards, the accuracy begins to considerably decrease. Definitely takes a little bit of getting used to, but after a trip to the range and a few minutes a day for a week or two of practice drawing, that little ball just seems to find its way into your sights.
