I realize that this post is very old but people will still find it as I just did and information has no age. Incorrect information, no matter how old, can cause people problems.

Actually, that is incorrect. I'm surprised the experts here didn't notice this error. Each .008" change in windage is approximately 1MOA. So a .008" change would mean approximately a 1" change at 100 yards and a 2" change at 200 yards.
Since the original post included a reference, I will include one too but this information is in just about every book ever writing about the Garand.
