I own a Mustang (steel) and a Cobra (alloy version of the DS). The Mustang is more concealable because it is flatter. I carry the Mustang in a pocket holster and it conceals better than a SW J-frame in the pocket. The DS is slightly larger that a SW J-frame.

The Mustang shoots better to boot. I guess I should say that I shoot it better than my Corbra. The Mustang is surprisingly accurate for such a small gun with small sights and the single action trigger is conducive to good shooting. My Cobra's trigger is typical Colt, smooth but still a double action trigger. A good standard pressure .38 spl from the DS will be more potent than a .380.

In the end, it's just personal preference. If I had to choose only one, it would be the Mustang.
