N1 to N99999 = 1969 - 1972.
N100000 - N199999 = 1973.
N200000 - N299999 = 1974 - 1977.
N300000 - N399999 = 1975 - 1976.
N400000 - N499999 = 1977 - 1978.
N500000 - N599999 = 1978 - 1980.
N600000 - N699999 = 1979 - 1980.
N700000 - N799999 = 1980.
N800000 - N899999 = 1980 - 1983.
N900000 - end = 1982 - 1986.
There was allot of overlap with serial numbers and years because different models used different serial number blocks.
