You need to try to determine the actual land to land diameter by measuring with calipers.
There's ways to do that if the lands aren't directly across from each other including by slugging it.
It can also be closely estimated by fitting a tight piece of rod or wood dowel into the muzzle. Or just use the trial and error method of loading different size balls and patch thicknesses that a person can gather or may have on hand.
