So far, the Speer Gold Dot 147 gr has been the most accurate I have shot with my 9mm Glock. But those are factory loads and I have not yet loaded any by hand. I would be using HS-6 though, which the Speer Manual lists as 5.0gr - 5.6gr and Lyman's 48th edition as 4.8gr to 5.8.
