This mess cost a lot of time and aggravation. When I said they were competent, I meant that they have done good work for other. They just didn't give a damn about my business an so messed up a nice rifle and abused my patience afterward.
I don't think they will come to their senses and make things right. I might file with BBB for all the good that would do.
