Hiking in Alaska, which sidearm?
A customer was in my store Saturday looking for a carry case to transport his sidearm to AK.
His choice was a Ruger Super Redhawk Alaskan. We discussed the gun as well as ammo choices.
It felt good and handled well. It was very big.
After he left I asked myself " What would I take to back-pack in Alaska"
Not sure if I have my full answer yet.
