I was just in the local pawn/gun shop over lunch and he has a RI 1911 chambered in the new .22 TCM! Wow, it looks pretty neat! Has anyone bought one of these yet?

The price is $535.00 and it comes with a 9mm barrel and recoils spring and extractor. Sounds like a pretty sweet shooter.

The shop owner told me that Armscor sells the ammo for $30.00/50 and will reload the emty brass for $11/per box. Not sure if this is true.

Any experience that would sway my impulse for or against?
