Looks like a really ugly dead dog to me. And it looks like black spray paint at the bottom of the first pic in the grass? The short broad muzzle kinda makes me think of Pit or maybe some type of Bulldog. But I may be, and probably am, wrong. It's dead though. So it will no longer pillage and terrorize the blue hairs.
