No experience with their .338.
I can say, however, that their .45 ACP and .223 Rem. brass is perfectly fine. I've reloaded lots of them with good results.
Hornady also sells some "rare" ammo under its name but it's made by PPU and has their headstamp. As an example, my brother in law has an Arisaka his father brought back from the BIG ONE. He bought a box of Hornady/Prvi for it and has reloaded the brass several times with good results.
Whether this good experience translates into good Prvi .338 Lapua ammo or brass I don't know, but I'd certainly go into the proposition with a positive outlook.
