IMR 4350 is Perfect for the 150 grain class of bullets for the 30-06, we've been shooting that combo with deadly precision since the late eighties.
You'll want to work up from minimum, and FIND that perfect load for your rifle, I guarantee you will like the performance. We use Ballistic Tips from Nosler, for deer hunting and have always had good luck with those dudes. However the bullet choice you make will be fine just test some and see for yourself.
I bet I have handloaded 1000 or more using that bullet /powder combo.
