I have an XD45C with 3 hi-cap mags full plus the 1 compact mag. My wife has her XD9SC with two hi-caps and the compact mag. We each have about 100+ extra rounds in our bug out bags. The guns are always near us on bedside tables at night (no kids). Being in an open carry state, our guns go on our hips when we have to "bug out".
