Although not my choice, a Tasco 3-9x40 world class can be purchased for $57 from Optics Planet. This is only $17 more than you indicated you wanted to spend. I've got a mate who has had this scope on a Sako .222 for maybe 8 years plus,& he has no plans to dispose of it. I've hunted with this rifle & while the glass may not be as clear as my Zeiss & Leupolds, it still is good & the rifle holds zero.
