This has been discussed at length in past threads. The Cliff's Notes version is that it usually functions OK and is reasonably accurate, but it's dirty, some shooters have concerns about increased barrel and extractor wear, and many shooting ranges have banned it due to the bi-metal (partially steel) bullets.
